The project was to import all the tickets from zendesk to local db at frequent intervals. We had to connect to customers zendesk platform using zendesk API and import all the tickets at period intervals. We created an application that can run on a server continuously and import these tickets, ticket replies and store them in sql server database. – download the tickets from zendesk platform and store it on a sql server database – create metrics reports based on the data using PowerBi
