Our client is a real estate agency that sources real estate brokers in the New Jersey area. In their vetting process for new real estate brokers, the agency verifies the candidate’s licenses against the state licensing database. In order to automate this traditionally tedious process, we at Aroopa developed a scraping program that sorts through large amounts of data and provides the user with refined results about the activity and status of an agent’s license. The program does not provide API’s and has a search field so that the agency can find the licensing information of any broker by name.
