Our customer is a lawn maintenance service provider with multiple branches across various states in the United States. The providers use an in-house CRM platform which was developed using Web technologies based on php. The system has enhanced features to track and convert leads from websites, social networking sites into prospects and finally into customers. We augmented the system through manual testing and automating certain parts of testing. Using the Selenium and Cucumber framework, we developed a regression test suite to ensure the functional accuracy for new releases. Any issues are tracked using Redmine issue tracking system. After testing and any issue resolutions, the software is certified and is deployed into production.
