Our client is a large-scale restaurant business looking for a user-friendly system to communicate between the different kitchens and its customers. We developed an order processing display to indicate what foods must be prepared by the chef. The software captures incoming orders and forwards individual components of the order to the appropriate kitchens. We used several algorithms to display the food orders in sequence of greatest priority to least priority. After integrating the solution, our customer benefited from increased operational efficiency, decreased order fulfillment errors, and greater customer satisfaction.
