Our client is a mortgage lender looking for an intuitive calculator tool so that their customers can gain detailed information about their mortgage payments. Using algorithms and a questionnaire that the client provided, we developed a web and mobile application compatible with IOS and Android. The application consolidates data that the customer inputs regarding personal income, the principal loan amount, and etc. and then provides the customer with loan interest rates and other relevant recommendations. The application also provides the customer with an analysis of the affordability of a mortgage. Customers are free to adjust their inputs and see different scenarios. The front-end of the app was developed using React JS and React Native, while the API development was completed via .NET.
