Our client is a NY based furniture store. They are using Lightspeed for POS. They wanted to create a catalog system using bigcommerce and disable shopping. This work was an extensive API related work. We had to connect to Lightspeed using their API, pull the products, categories, manufacturers and other details and then push them back to Bigcommerce using Bigcommerce API. This was done as a job so this API pushing will be continuous process and doesn’t require manual intervention. This will also update inventory at regular intervals.
