Our client is a 3PL shipper that provides warehousing and fulfillment services for various e-commerce sellers. We developed an end-to-end solution wherein the stores send out shipment orders, each assigned a unique tracking number. Our solution also has a web portal that allows customers to geographically locate the package, track its progress through the shipping system, and receive frequent updates on the delivery status. Each driver is provided with a mobile app to instantly communicate with peer drivers and update the shipment statuses.
