Our client is a retail restaurant business with multiple locations across the United States. Their goal was to increase their profit margins, reduce food waste, and have a better organizational infrastructure. To achieve these objectives, we developed a web-based analytics tool that predicts the quantities needed of different products on a given day. The software pulls from past, present, and predictive data to provide the client with several data dashboards and key performance indicators. The software also sends unique reports detailing the precise quantities of products needed to individual branches. Python was used for the data modeling and data science.
