Role Overview:

We’re looking for high-energy Sales Professionals in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Madurai who are passionate about helping small businesses go digital.

This is a hands-on, consultative sales role. You’ll reach out to potential customers, understand their pain points, introduce them to Aroopa Apps' solutions, and support them through onboarding.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with small business owners, freelancers, consultants, and agencies
• Promote our platform’s capabilities—from building websites to running full business workflows
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored automation and digital solutions
• Motivate businesses to move away from manual processes
• Support clients during onboarding and initial setup
• Build long-term relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Educate users on how to run SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, track tasks, and automate everyday work
• Act as the bridge between client feedback and our product team

Who You Are:

• Strong communicator in Tamil and basic English
• Comfortable demonstrating digital tools and educating non-technical users
• Quick learner and confident presenter
• Prior sales experience (SaaS, website services, CRMs, or digital marketing) is a bonus
• Self-driven, reliable, and customer-obsessed
