We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist based in India to help us expand our customer base, manage new business development, and drive sales outreach for our cutting-edge technology solutions. This role will be key in generating leads, creating new accounts, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline across all of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Conduct targeted outbound sales efforts to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and qualify potential customers.
- Leverage various platforms (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) for effective sales outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
- New Account Creation:
- Identify key decision-makers in businesses needing web development, custom software solutions, and IT consulting services.
- Establish relationships with potential clients through personalized communication and effective sales tactics.
- Secure meetings or product demos with prospects to convert leads into active clients.
- Pipeline Management:
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales forecasts.
- Monitor the progress of deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and overcoming obstacles in the sales process.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target markets to help refine sales strategies.
- Understand customer pain points, business needs, and technology challenges to effectively position our web development, software, and IT consulting solutions.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, email content, and sales collateral to support lead generation efforts.
- Share insights on customer needs and pain points to help refine and tailor marketing strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, including outreach efforts, pipeline health, and conversions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally in the IT services, software development, or IT consulting industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Experience in outbound sales, including cold emailing, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Knowledge of web development, custom software development, IT consulting services, and technology industry trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for technology sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
