Our client is an auto repair center that dispatches technicians whenever a new appointment is scheduled. We created a mobile app that allows customers to schedule appointments, track statuses, and receive notification alerts via text and email. Each technician will have their own mobile app and once they close a service, the app will require a signature from the customer. This solution comes with both web interface and mobile interface. The in-house employees carry out the logistics of the service center via the web interface while the technicians use the mobile component. To accomplish this digital transformation we used Xamarin for mobile app development, and AngularJS with C# for back end development.
